A designer at O2, Minh earned his Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota after he had finished the undergraduate program in Landscape Architecture from the University of Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. His curiosity about urban nature degradation urges him to keep exploring and practicing more about the solutions of refining open space for people and bringing everyone back to nature.

His capstone project for the graduate program was to rejuvenate the streetscape of Broadway Avenue in North Minneapolis that refines the empty parking spaces as open spaces to embrace the community's cultures and connect everyone together, as well as address the urban heat island issue in the cities which to reintroduce vegetation and trees to the streets to reduce the extreme heat.

Minh is also a member of the ASLA-MN Executive Committee, serving as Co-Director of Awards.
